Shipping Fees, Customs, and Import Charges
EternaGlow is not responsible for any unexpected shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in product prices.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, EternaGlow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or local delivery issues.
If an order is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact your local courier.
Shipping Address Policy
Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at jcnsco1@gmail.com.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund due to customer error.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
